Office Hours

Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Probate office is open during lunch.

Important Changes
Pursuant to P-33 LAO 2020-01:

Copy cost for non-certified pages is $1.50 per page, certified documents remain $10 per certification plus a $1.50 per page.
SCAO Forms per page fee is $1.00.
Permitting the use of portable electronics devices as set forth in MCR 8.115.
Must use new SCAO forms as of July 1, 2021
