We are located on the first floor of the Mackinac County Courthouse at 100 S. Marley in St. Ignace. Our office can be reached at (906)-643-7303 or (906) 643-7330. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Hon. W. Clayton Graham
Judge Graham was elected the 6th District Probate Judge in Novemer of 2006. The 6th Probate District includes both Luce and Mackinac Counties. The Probate Judge also sits in the Family Division of Circuit Court handling domestic cases. Judge Graham previously served as Mackinac County’s Prosecuting Attorney for several years.

Judge Graham was born and raised in Paradise, Michigan. The youngest of five children born to Leo and Wanda Graham, he attended Whitefish Township School. Judge Graham received a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Lake Superior State University and obtained his law degree fro Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

Judge Graham’s experience prior to taking the bench includes serving as a judicial clerk, assistant prosecutor, an elected prosecutor and operating a private practice.

Judge Graham resides in the St. Ignace area with his family.
